Urby Harrison is seeking a repair expert to join our maintenance team. You will work with the Director of Maintenance to handle resident repair requests and improvements across our properties.
Starting compensation is $25 per hour. Responsibilities include completing work orders, flooring/wallpaper, painting, make-ready for vacant units, move-out inspections, and minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks.
