The Harrison Central School District is seeking candidates to serve as the Harrison High School Summer School Principal.
Responsibilities include:
* Interviewing and recommending Summer School teachers for appointment
* Identifying prospective Summer School students and facilitating student enrollment
* Coordinating daily operations of Summer School, including but not limited to maintaining attendance records; communicating with parents about students' progress; ensuring compliance with requirements for safety drills; coordinating the scheduling, administration, and scoring of assessments; etc.
* Preparing reports on student performance in Summer School (i.e., grades and test results) and communicating this information to the high school administration
* Supervising teaching and support staff
Effective:
July 6 - August 14, 2026
Stipend Amount: $14,681
Qualifications:
SBL, SDL, or SDA certification
