Cincinnati Asphalt is looking for a Roller Operator responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Breakdown and Finish Rollers. Key responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, conducting maintenance, and ensuring proper compaction of asphalt surfaces.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of asphalt rolling experience and knowledge of construction materials. Strong knowledge in operating various rollers is essential. The role may require occasional overtime and outdoor work in various conditions.
