As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate project estimates and supporting successful project execution.

• Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates by reviewing project drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Utilize estimating software including Bluebeam and Heavy Bid to develop competitive bids.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Review electrical plans for National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance and identify potential value engineering opportunities.
• Develop complete bid proposals, including labor estimates, material pricing, equipment costs, and subcontractor quotations.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to define project scope and negotiate pricing.
• Monitor project costs throughout the bidding process while supporting effective cost‑control strategies.
• Assist with contract negotiations by providing detailed estimating documentation.
• Coordinate with field personnel and construction management teams to evaluate site conditions that may impact project costs and execution.

We're looking for professionals who possess:

• Proven experience estimating industrial and commercial electrical construction projects
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety standards
• Experience using Heavy Bid estimating software
• Bluebeam experience strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of construction estimating, project management, and construction processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience evaluating construction documents, contracts, and specifications
• Knowledge of cost control, pricing strategies, and budgeting within the construction industry
• Hands‑on electrical or construction field experience is highly valued
