Discover our Induction Camp:  Location of the Program The program includes a two-plant path:
First assignment at the Tenaris plant in Arcore (MB) Second assignment at the plant in Villamarzana (Rovigo) The Role Objective Follow the execution of maintenance activities, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and ensuring that internal/external services meet time, cost, quality, and safety standards. Ensure the availability of materials and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels. Prepare the spare parts budget and analyze the performance of the plants to identify improvements and maximize their useful life.

Key Responsibilities Participate in the definition and implementation of the maintenance plan in your area. Monitor the execution of maintenance activities, verifying the availability of resources and compliance with standards (time, cost, quality, safety). Ensure the availability of necessary materials and spare parts. Participate in the qualification process of new suppliers and services. Prepare the spare parts budget, perform inventories, and coordinate the necessary inputs for repair interventions, analyzing costs and optimization opportunities.

Analyze plant performance to: identify causes of failures propose corrective and preventive actions identify improvement opportunities Manage and update the maintenance information system. Participate in programs to optimize energy consumption. Define procedures and promote improvement actions to reduce resource waste. Ensure compliance with Tenaris procedures, policies, and standards and current regulations. Protect plants, equipment, and company resources from damage or improper use.
