The Financial Advisor will work closely with senior advisors in a supportive, structured environment, gradually expanding responsibilities over time. This role is well-suited for someone with approximately two years of experience in banking or financial services who enjoys helping people, values accuracy and preparation, and prefers depth over volume.

You will not be expected to “hit the ground running” or compete internally. Instead, this role is designed for someone who wants to grow steadily, master their craft, and build confidence over time.

• Support senior advisors with thoughtful client preparation, follow-ups, and implementation
• Participate in discovery and review meetings, focusing on understanding clients’ full financial picture
• Help transition client conversations from isolated needs to long-term, holistic planning
• Assist in the development and presentation of financial plans
• Prepare planning materials and maintain detailed, accurate CRM documentation
• Gradually assume responsibility for client relationships as trust and experience grow

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Series 65 & Life, Accident, and Health license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• CFP® designation not required (support available if you choose to pursue)
• Strong attention to detail, consistency in follow-through, and a planning-oriented mindset
• Enjoys working as part of a team and building long-term relationships
