Position Summary and Purpose:

Apply advanced automation and artificial intelligence technologies to streamline business processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and leading the implementation of intelligent automation tools across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • AI

    Roadmap:

    Evaluate, select, and implement AI and automation solutions aligned with business needs
  • Process Architecture Maps:
    Map complex business processes to identify inefficiencies, data silos, and manual bottlenecks
  • Solution Strategy:
    Recommend and design solution strategies using appropriate tools (AI, RPA, or other technologies). Estimate the value of the proposed solution based on cost, speed, and reliability
  • Rapid Prototyping & Deployment:
    Build, test, and deploy automated solutions, leveraging rapid prototyping and iterative development
  • Data Governance & Security:
    Ensure that all implementations follow strict data privacy standards and that “hallucinations” or errors are mitigated through robust testing and human checkpoints
  • Performance Analytics:
    Develop dashboards to track automation performance to show the “Before vs. After: in terms of time saved and output quality
  • Mentor and Coach:
    Partner with the business’ functional experts to increase knowledge and utilization of automation tools. Mentor and guide business partner on automation tools and best practices
  • Lifecycle Management:
    Provide production-level support for all in-scope solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience connection AI to legacy business systems.

    A working knowledge of business systems, such as Epicor, and collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into clean, structured data workflows
  • Experience in integrating solutions with business systems (ERP platforms such as Epicor preferred)
  • Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, familiarity with delivering solutions using Generative AI and RPA architectures, and expertise in UX creation
