JTM Food Group, a family-owned food manufacturer, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce environment. In this role, you will configure and maintain Salesforce for our sales and operations teams, build reports and dashboards, manage users and security, and ensure data quality. You will support integrations with other business systems and gather requirements to design scalable solutions.
Working in a collaborative, community-focused culture, you'll help drive process improvements, support end users, and enable better decisions across our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain JTM Food Group's Salesforce environment for manufacturing sales and account teams
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems used in manufacturing and operations
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform regular data audits, and ensure data quality and consistency
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support end users with training, documentation, and day-to-day troubleshooting
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline sales and customer processes
- Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs
Required Skills
- Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules)
