Financial Center Manager III
The Financial Center Manager III will build, develop and lead a high‑performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience, meeting specified banking center performance goals, driving deposit and loan growth, and generating fee income.
Responsibilities- Build, develop and lead a team that provides an outstanding client experience and deepens relationships through service and follow‑up.
- Drive new client acquisition, retention, growth of client relationships, and non‑interest revenue.
- Maintain strong internal partnerships with key specialists and partners within First Financial Bank to meet client needs.
- Foster associate satisfaction through coaching, career development, recognition, and support.
- Build and maintain strong community alliances, integrating into the communities served.
- Act as a mentor for onboarding new associates within the market.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (BSA, Check 21, CIP, CRA, HMDA, Reg B, Reg D, Reg E, Reg CC, Truth in Savings, Privacy, Patriot Act).
- Manage daily operations, audit scores, and sales execution to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Manage overall financial center sales, understand impacts on district and company performance.
- Lead daily huddles and team meetings; assist District Leader and Retail Regional President with candidate interviews.
- Integrate into community groups, develop outside sales opportunities, and support site‑specific events.
- Maintain all operational and risk management standards.
- Act as liaison among peers, District Leader, and Retail Regional President to support retail‑wide initiatives.
- 4–5 years of demonstrated leadership coaching, management, mentoring, and sales execution in a retail banking environment.
- Strong personal experience in sales and service with a record of meeting sales and service goals.
- Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred.
- Preferred: 4–5 years of related experience, training, or education; equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pay Scale: $58,000/yr – $78,000/yr.
