This position is based in a long‑term care facility focused on providing mental health services to residents. The role requires flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with psychiatric needs.

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 9 a.m.‑5 p.m. No weekends.

• Address the mental, behavioral, and physical health needs of clients on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
• Complete in‑person nursing assessments as well as medication and chart reviews in long‑term care facilities (LTC).
• Educate caregivers and clients on their prescribed psychiatric and physical health medications and monitor for possible side effects.
• Perform care‑management duties including coordination of community services and correspondence with treatment team members (physicians, pharmacies, employment programs).
• Assist clients in building coping skills to address mood, stressors, and improve communication, and in creating annual goals related to their psychiatric diagnosis.
• Assist with clinic and residential needs for assigned locations.
• Help train and mentor peers.
• May need to cover more than one facility depending on company needs.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• LPN or RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Preferably experience working in LTC facilities as well as behavioral health.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it during training.
