Job Summary: Ensures guest satisfaction through friendly, efficient service while supervising hourly staff. Acts as General Manager in their absence, manages team schedules, monitors food quality, participates in hiring, and handles administrative duties including cash control, inventory, and financial review. Follows LEAN processes and maintains documentation. Addresses guest concerns and provides coaching to team members.

Essential Duties: Supervises 5-40 team members, manages guest service, oversees food presentation, participates in hiring, performs administrative tasks, manages financials, documents procedures, and ensures policy compliance. Works closely with management and staff to maintain high standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to interpret safety and operational documents, demonstrate professional behavior, promote teamwork, communicate effectively, perform basic math, handle payments, solve problems, and work flexible shifts. Must lift up to 25 lbs and become Serv Safe certified.

Experience/Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in management, accounting, or finance preferred. Minimum 1 year restaurant experience.

Work Environment: Exposure to humid, hot, loud conditions; hazards include slips, cuts, burns. Non-slip shoes required. Must be at least 18 years old.

This position is full-time, mid-senior level, in the hospitality industry.
