Overview
Domino's Pizza is hiring assistants managers. This is a tough job that needs judgment, math and the ability to multitask. You ll be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Responsibilities- Manage shift operations and lead crew to follow policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Set the example and enforce standards.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, and delivering great customer service.
- Judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
