United Dairy Farmers - 10565 Harrison Avenue - Responsibilities:
Manage associates, including assigning and monitoring performance and training of Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Provide input to Store Manager for counseling/discipline of associates;
Oversee store administration tasks such as ordering and weekly delivery reports;
Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure store is prepared for guests at all times;
