Inside Sales Specialist

• Drive profitable growth through high‑volume outreach, lead generation, quoting, follow‑ups, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
• Engage customers daily across phone, email, chat, and web tools to convert inquiries into orders
• Build and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new opportunities and repeat business
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns while conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions
• Maintain strong product knowledge and customer relationships through ongoing training, proactive communication, and follow‑up

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or phone‑based preferred)
