Inside Sales Specialist

What you will be doing:

• Drive profitable growth through high volume outreach, lead generation, quoting, followups, and upsell/crosssell opportunities

• Engage customers daily across phone, email, chat, and web tools to convert inquiries into orders

• Build and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new opportunities and repeat business

• Execute sales and marketing campaigns while conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions

• Maintain strong product knowledge and customer relationships through ongoing training, proactive communication, and followup

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or phone-based preferred)

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers

• High energy, coachable, and eager to learn

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
