Press Brake Applications Specialist – Harrison, OH
Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Press Brake Applications Specialist to support our field sales and marketing teams through impactful product demonstrations and application expertise. In this role, you will play a critical part in showcasing the capabilities of our press brakes and automation solutions while helping customers optimize performance through tailored application support.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on press brake experience who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and contributing to sales success. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams while gaining exposure to advanced forming technology and automation.

Support field sales and marketing teams by delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations of press brakes and automation systems. Conduct time studies and application reviews, customizing demonstrations based on customer needs in collaboration with product and sales teams to optimize performance and drive customer value.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support sales teams with application requests, product presentations, and live demonstrations
- Coordinate and communicate demonstration activities with field sales and prospective customers
- Provide timely application assistance to customers and internal teams
- Support marketing efforts through creation of product videos, photos, and related content
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and training teams to communicate features and benefits of press brakes and automation (must be comfortable being recorded)
- Assist with customer validation of equipment at CI facilities or customer locations
- Travel to customer sites to provide application training (domestic and international)
- Share customer insights to support product improvements and performance enhancements
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to support credibility with customers and sales teams
- Analyze data to respond to application requests and optimize equipment performance
- Support collection of competitive intelligence and Voice of the Customer (VOC) data
- Associate degree in a technical field or 2+ years of hands-on experience with press brakes
- Experience with programming, bending, and CAD software packages
- Proficiency with Google applications and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to take ownership of projects and lead by example
- Familiarity with project management systems
- Commitment to company core values and continuous improvement practices
- Experience with robotic automation systems
- Advanced technical knowledge of press brake applications and forming processes

Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate large machinery. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Travel is required.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
