** Inside Sales Specialist

** What you will be doing:
*** Drive profitable growth through high‐volume outreach, lead generation, quoting, follow‐ups, and upsell/cross‐sell opportunities
* Engage customers daily across phone, email, chat, and web tools to convert inquiries into orders
* Build and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new opportunities and repeat business
* Execute sales and marketing campaigns while conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions
* Maintain strong product knowledge and customer relationships through ongoing training, proactive communication, and follow‐up
