Asphalt Striping Laborer

Overview

Cincinnati Asphalt is seeking an experienced and dynamic Striping Laborer to join our team. In this role you will be apart of a crew that is responsible for road and parking lot striping.

• Layout and install pavement markings on roadways and highways.
• Track and record material quantities on each project.
• Perform traffic control - flagging, lane closures, mobile lane closures.
• Operate various types of pavement marking equipment.
• Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Shifts include long days, most weekends, travel, and many nights.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in asphalt finishing or paving crew roles preferred.
• Proficiency in using finishing tools and understanding of paving best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing job site needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections or quality concerns.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand, kneel, and bend for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to work long hours, including nights and weekends as required by the project.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
