Frequency of Pay: Weekly

• Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Perform a variety of tasks, which may include: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assists with sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
• Operate at entry level with supervision.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs., when necessary.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays when necessary.
• Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident.
• Post-hire background check and employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers.
• Obtaining a driver’s license is not required; workers may periodically drive company vehicles for reimbursement of license expenses and potential bonus pay.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

  Kenton(KY), Carroll(KY), Union(IN), Boone(KY), Bourbon(KY), Bracken(KY), Campbell(KY), Fleming(KY), Fayette(KY), Shelby(KY), Franklin(KY), Gallatin(KY), Grant(KY), Harrison(KY), Henry(KY), Dearborn(IN), Lewis(KY), Jefferson(KY), Mason(KY), Nicholas(KY), Owen(KY), Pendleton(KY), Robertson(KY), Scott(KY), Ohio(IN), Trimble(KY), Woodford(KY), Brown(OH), Butler(OH), Clermont(OH), Greene(OH), Hamilton(OH), Montgomery(OH), Warren(OH) counties.

  Schedule:
  
  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week).
• Board/Lodging:
  Employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging if requested.
• Wage: $19.13 per hour; OT hours vary at $28.70 per hour. Raises/bonuses may be offered at employer’s discretion based on performance, skill, and tenure.

• Deductions:
  Employer makes all required payroll deductions by law. Voluntary deductions require written authorization. May include voluntary advances/loans and housing costs based on occupancy. Holiday pay provided to eligible workers.
• Tools/Supplies/Equipment:
  Employer provides required uniforms and tools/equipment without charge.
• Transportation:
  For non-local workers, inbound travel costs reimbursed no later than the 50% point in contract period; includes transport from residence, daily meal subsistence, and lodging if applicable. Subsistence rates per Federal Register (currently $16.28/day min, up to $68.00/day max with receipts). Inbound travel reimbursements limited to least-cost carrier; outbound travel provided on contract completion unless subsequent employment occurs. Employer offers free daily transportation to/from worksite from designated pickup location;
  
  use is voluntary. Incidental transport between job sites provided.
• Three-Fourths Guarantee:
  Hours offered equal to at least three-fourths of workdays in each 12-week period; hours counted if worked or offered. Abandonment of employment voids outbound travel costs and guarantee.
