Overall Summary Of Job
Potential Tech Positions are Benching, Grit Blasting and Masking. Additional training is provided.
Essential Functions- Performs bench and blend operations on part
- Masking various parts for thermal spray.
- Operates a variety of standard power tools and equipment.
- Maintains records and logs, as needed.
- Guidance and direction will come from experienced production Leads. Performs related duties as needed or assigned.
- Graduation from high school, minimum in a variety of trades or construction work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ability to work from sketches and drawings.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others. Excellent work history and attendance record.
- Pre‑employment drug screen required.
