We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems. This position is ideal for a technician with strong experience working with boilers, chillers, packaged units, refrigeration systems, and other commercial mechanical equipment.

Systems & Equipment ExperienceExperience with the following equipment is preferred:
- Boilers
- Chillers
- Packaged units
- Refrigeration systems
- Rooftop units (RTUs)
- Split systems
- Commercial HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems
- Repair and maintain equipment for maximum performance and efficiency
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Identify potential problems before equipment failure occurs
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers - Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards
- Train and support junior technicians
- Manage truck inventory and maintain proper stock levels
- Follow all applicable codes and safety regulations
- Minimum of two years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience servicing boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Starting at $35-50+ per hour
