Technical Service Representative
Our client, a leading industrial machinery manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Service Representative to join their team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be part of the Technical Service Department supporting customers, distributors, and internal service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Must live in the Cincinnati, OH area Pay Range:
Target $30/hour - Competitive; based on experience
- Provide technical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support for industrial machinery via phone and remote assistance.
- Analyze machine performance issues and guide customers, distributors, and service personnel toward effective resolutions.
- Review and distribute engineering information and technical documentation to service and parts teams.
- Develop and maintain installation, start-up, and service instructions for machinery and equipment.
- Document installation, warranty, and service-related issues while maintaining accurate records in company databases.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, or a related engineering field.
- High School 2-year technical degree OR Comparable military experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and high- and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to travel as needed, and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
