PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our residential communities in Ohio. You will perform property maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, and complete work orders to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
The role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC knowledge (training available for HVAC), and the ability to respond to after hours emergencies during on-call rotations.
