AtWork Personnel – Harrisonburg is partnering with a respected local company that' s looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to become an important part of their accounting team.

• Managing accounts receivable from start to finish
• Following up on outstanding invoices and collections professionally
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Processing invoices and keeping financial records accurate
• Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting
• Helping ensure everything stays organized, compliant, and running smoothly

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software
• A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Accounting or Finance degree is a plus— but not required!

$25 per hour
