As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of Steven Automotive Group. Your work will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records
• Process and record daily accounting transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and assigned financial records
• Process invoices, payments, deposits, and related accounting activities
• Verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
• Maintain and update general ledger information
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounting records
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and supporting financial documentation
• Organize and maintain records for audits and internal reporting
• Communicate professionally with management, employees, vendors, and business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and financial information
• Support the Accounting Department with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate is:

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
