• Conduct point‑of‑sale computer ticketing sales from the box office, including phone orders, in‑person orders, returns, exchanges, and unpaid ticket transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and end‑of‑night reconciliations.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and day shifts Monday to Friday.
• Ability to work under pressure and be very detail‑oriented.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Students must be degree‑seeking, enrolled on at least a half‑time basis (6 credits for undergraduate, 5 credits for graduate).
