Marketing Admin Clerk & Telemarketer (Full-Time)

Harrisonburg, VA | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Looking for a stable, full-time position where you can make a difference and work with a supportive team? We're hiring a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to support our Marketing Department through customer communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
• Contact potential customers and schedule appointments (script provided)
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and Sales Reps
• Enter and manage customer data accurately
• Support marketing efforts by organizing lead information

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
