About the Role As a Hyundai Certified Master Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and major vehicle services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

You will work with Hyundai-specific technology, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer resources to accurately diagnose and repair today's advanced vehicles. This position is ideal for a technician who has achieved Hyundai Master certification and is ready to maximize their skills and earning potential.$6,000+ SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE Qualified Hyundai Certified Master Technicians may be eligible for a $6,000+ sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns

Perform advanced Hyundai-specific diagnostics using manufacturer equipment

Complete major repairs and services according to Hyundai manufacturer specifications

Perform accurate inspections and identify additional repair needs

Assist other technicians with difficult diagnostics and technical repairs when needed

Maintain accurate documentation of diagnostic and repair work Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all Hyundai, dealership, and safety procedures

Compensation $70,000 – $120,000+ Annually Based on Experience & Performance Steven Hyundai offers competitive flat-rate compensation with strong earning potential for highly skilled and productive technicians.

Qualifications Hyundai Certified Master Technician certification required

Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Hyundai vehicles

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled vehicle systems

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
