About the Role As a Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a dealership's Service Department while leading a team focused on customer satisfaction, technician productivity, profitability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive leader who understands dealership service operations and knows how to develop people, improve processes, and drive results.

Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily Service Department operations Develop, coach, and motivate Service Advisors and technicians Monitor department productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Ensure efficient workflow between Service Advisors, technicians, and Parts Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalated situations Monitor repair orders, service sales, labor performance, and department goals Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer retention, and department performance Work closely with dealership leadership to achieve overall business objectives

Compensation

Competitive Salary Plus Commission Based on Performance Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Qualifications Previous automotive dealership Service Management experience strongly preferred Proven leadership experience within a dealership Service Department Strong understanding of service operations, repair orders, labor sales, technician productivity, and departmental profitability Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Manufacturer experience or certifications preferred
