We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the Service Department. You will be responsible for building customer relationships, understanding vehicle concerns, recommending necessary services, and ensuring a smooth experience from vehicle drop-off through completion.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, is organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally while creating a positive service experience

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair needs

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs

Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly

Provide customers with regular updates regarding repair status, costs, and completion times

Work closely with technicians and the Parts Department to coordinate vehicle repairs

Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed

Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers

Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Utilize dealership systems and technology to manage repair orders and customer information

Compensation $50,000 – $90,000+ annually based on performance

Qualifications Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to explain automotive services and repairs clearly to customers

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

Ability to work effectively with technicians, Parts personnel, management, and customers

Valid driver's license required
