We are looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department.

About the Role As a Lube Technician, you will perform essential routine maintenance services while helping keep our customers' vehicles safe and operating properly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in automotive service and develop valuable hands-on skills.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians and Service Advisors while gaining experience with dealership service operations, manufacturer procedures, and automotive maintenance.

Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services

Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance needs

Check tire pressure, fluid levels, batteries, filters, and other basic vehicle components

Assist experienced technicians with additional service and repair tasks

Properly document work performed on repair orders

Follow manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism

Compensation $45,000+ annually based on experience and performance

Qualifications Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required

Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Dependable, punctual, and motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
