About the Role As an Express Service Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and light repairs while helping keep our customers' Honda vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians and Service Advisors while developing your technical skills and gaining valuable experience with Honda vehicles and manufacturer procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who wants to stay productive, continue learning, and build toward a long-term career in automotive service.

Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and routine maintenance Perform multi-point inspections and identify recommended repairs Perform light mechanical repairs and maintenance services Inspect tires, brakes, fluids, batteries, filters, and other vehicle components Properly document repairs and services on repair orders Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors Follow Honda, dealership, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism

Compensation $50,000+ ANNUALLY BASED ON EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE Plus the applicable time-and-one-half (1.5X) production bonus for Main Shop Technicians based on productivity.
