THE ROLE As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and basic automotive services while maintaining Steven Honda’s standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, and other routine maintenance.
Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify recommended services.
Complete maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently.
Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to the appropriate service team.
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. COMPENSATION $50K+ ANNUALLYStarting earning potential of $50,000+ per year, based on experience, productivity, performance, and skill level. PRODUCTION BONUSALL MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A PRODUCTION BONUS.Production bonuses are paid at time-and-a-half (1.5X) the technician’s applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity.

Honda dealership experience preferredASE certifications preferred
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
