About the Role We are looking for an Express Technician to join our Steven Toyota service team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level or experienced technician looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance

Complete basic vehicle repairs and services according to Toyota standards

Perform multi-point inspections and accurately document work performed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Work efficiently while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

Participate in ongoing training and development

Compensation $50,000+ Annual Earning PotentialALL MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A PRODUCTION BONUS PAID AT 1.5X THEIR APPLICABLE FLAT-RATE PAY BASED ON PRODUCTIVITY.Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
