** Toyota Expert Technician
** who is ready to join a high-volume Service Department and take their earning potential to the next level.## About the Role As a Toyota Expert Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain Toyota vehicles while working with modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who wants to work in a busy dealership environment with plenty of opportunity to produce.###
** ALL TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!
**** Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable objective.**## Responsibilities
● Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
● Perform Toyota-specific diagnostics and repairs
● Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications
● Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs
● Maintain accurate repair documentation
● Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors
● Maintain a clean and organized work area
● Follow Toyota, dealership, and safety procedures## Compensation### **$80,000+ Earning Potential Based on Experience & Performance

Qualifications## Qualifications●
** Experienced automotive technician with strong Toyota knowledge*
* ● Toyota certification preferred
● Strong diagnostic and repair skills
● Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
● Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
● Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
