We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team.

About the Role As an Automotive Service Technician at Steven Ford, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service, maintaining repair quality, and supporting overall service department performance.

Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards. Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, heating and air conditioning systems.

Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately while documenting all work performed. Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations to the service team as needed. Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and ensure work is completed to quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following dealership safety procedures. Stay current on training, repair procedures, and evolving vehicle technology to support continued technician growth and development.

Compensation Sign-on bonus available, up to $5,000 based on experience and skill level!$60,000 – $120,000+ annually based on experience, certifications, productivity, and performance.

Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required

Ford dealership experience preferredASE certifications preferred

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license required
