** The Opportunity
** As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our Service Department. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, recommend services and repairs, communicate with technicians, and make sure every customer receives a great experience.###
** What You'll Do
*** Build strong relationships with customers and earn their trust.
* Write accurate repair orders and identify service needs.
* Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and technician findings.
* Clearly explain repairs, pricing, and timelines.
* Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
* Work closely with technicians and Service Management.
* Obtain authorization for additional repairs.
* Review completed work and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
* Build repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.###
