• Direct live productions:
  Take the lead on newscasts and local productions, ensuring every transition is seamless and every shot is on point.
• Own the airwaves:
  Monitor on-air signals and transmitter logs with precision, keeping us compliant and crystal clear for our audience.
• Drive digital content:
  Ingest daily programming and commercials while crafting elements for our web channels to keep our digital audience engaged.
• Master live events:
  Run local commercial breaks for live sporting events - because when the game is on the line, our execution has to be perfect.
• Collaborate across teams:
  Work closely with news and production crews to bring our stories to life across every platform we own.
• Maintain the standard:
  Ensure all FCC logs and station requirements are met with a "zero-fail" mindset.
