Black Bear Talent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our clients through the order process while serving as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal production teams. This role is responsible for processing orders, answering customer questions, coordinating timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This position is a full-time temp-to-hire position.

Hours are Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, revisions, and product requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales, scheduling, production, and internal teams to communicate order status and timelines
  • Provide customers with updates regarding production schedules, shipments, and order completion
  • Resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and service related issues professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order details, pricing, and documentation in company systems
  • Assist with quotes, order entry, and general administrative support as needed
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through consistent communication and follow up
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or account support experience preferred
  • Manufacturing, construction materials, or related industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
