Black Bear Talent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our clients through the order process while serving as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal production teams. This role is responsible for processing orders, answering customer questions, coordinating timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This position is a full-time temp-to-hire position.
Hours are Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, revisions, and product requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with sales, scheduling, production, and internal teams to communicate order status and timelines
- Provide customers with updates regarding production schedules, shipments, and order completion
- Resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and service related issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, pricing, and documentation in company systems
- Assist with quotes, order entry, and general administrative support as needed
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through consistent communication and follow up
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
- Previous customer service, administrative, or account support experience preferred
- Manufacturing, construction materials, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
