Harrisonburg, VA | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Looking for a stable, full‑time position where you can build skills, gain experience, and grow with a supportive team? This is an entry‑level, trainable role—no prior marketing experience is required. We provide full training and will help you develop the skills needed to succeed over time.

At Culligan Water, we’ve been helping families enjoy better, safer water for generations. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member who is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and enjoys staying organized. While this role does involve regular phone communication, it is not high‑pressure sales—our focus is on providing helpful information and scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers using a provided script (training provided).
  • Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional support.
  • Confirm and update scheduled appointments.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information.
  • Assist with basic marketing and administrative support tasks.
What We’re Looking For
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
  • Willingness to learn—this is an entry‑level, trainable position.
  • Organized with good attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
