At Culligan Water, we’ve been helping families enjoy better, safer water for generations. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member who is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and enjoys staying organized. While this role does involve regular phone communication, it is not high‑pressure sales—our focus is on providing helpful information and scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers using a provided script (training provided).
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional support.
- Confirm and update scheduled appointments.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Assist with basic marketing and administrative support tasks.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn—this is an entry‑level, trainable position.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
- Full‑time, steady weekday schedule—no evenings or weekends.
- Paid training with ongoing support—we will train and develop you over time.
- No high‑pressure sales environment—focus is on scheduling and customer support.
