We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Business Development Center. This position supports multiple Steven Automotive Group dealerships by assisting customers with scheduling service appointments and delivering outstanding customer care.

About the Role As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments or inquiring about vehicle maintenance. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, text, and online inquiries to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of service our dealerships provide.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Schedule service appointments for multiple dealership locations.

Respond promptly to online service requests, emails, and text messages.

Confirm appointments and follow up with customers regarding upcoming visits.

Contact customers for declined services, maintenance reminders, and appointment follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer information within the dealership CRM.Communicate appointment information with Service Advisors and Service Managers.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and customer satisfaction goals.

Deliver exceptional customer service during every customer interaction.

Support the overall success of the Service Department through effective communication and organization.

Compensation Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance-Based Incentives Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and dealership pay plan.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership CRM and scheduling software.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
