AtWork Personnel – Harrisonburg is hiring a Frontline Customer Service Specialist for a respected local organization. This is a full-time temporary opportunity starting immediately and continuing through November, with the chance to gain valuable office experience and make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers at the front desk and drive-thru with a friendly, professional attitude
• Receive and accurately post customer payments
• Schedule service requests and assist with account updates
• Perform data entry and general office support
• Work alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional customer service

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has customer service and/or cash handling experience
• Pays close attention to detail and enjoys staying organized
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Communicates professionally and enjoys helping others
• Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required!
