We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at Steven Hyundai.

About the Role As a Call Center Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will communicate with customers by phone and other communication channels, assist with scheduling appointments, respond to questions, and help create a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an energetic communicator who enjoys helping people, is comfortable working with technology, and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

Schedule and confirm service appointments

Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, follow-up, and dealership opportunities

Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and available resources

Maintain detailed and accurate customer information in dealership systems

Follow up with customers to help ensure a positive experience

Communicate effectively with Service, Sales, and BDC teams

Meet department goals related to customer communication, appointment setting, and follow-up Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction

Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, BDC, sales, or automotive experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong phone presence and professional communication style

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other technology

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
