AtWork Personnel – Harrisonburg is hiring a Frontline Customer Service Specialist for a well-established local organization. This is a full-time temporary position through November with paid training and the opportunity to build valuable office and customer service experience! WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll be the friendly face customers see first — helping make every interaction a positive one!

• Welcome customers at the front desk and drive-thru
• Accept and accurately process customer payments
• Schedule service requests and assist with account updates
• Complete data entry and general office support
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has customer service and/or cash-handling experience
• Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable working with computers and learning new software
• Communicates professionally and enjoys helping people
• Can stay positive and focused in a busy environment
• Speaks Spanish — a PLUS, but not required!
