High Earning Potential: up to 350,000+ expected annual compensation.

Work-Life Balance:
Flexible scheduling. 3 to 4 days a week, Monday–Thursday, with no weekends
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly chairside manner.
- Open to both experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates looking for mentorship.
