Medical Doctor (MD/DO) – Pain Management Preferred - Salary is dependent on experience and bonus structure plays into total comp. Will assist in relocation and training within the Pain specialty if you don't have Pain Management experience.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Doctor (MD or DO) to join our growing clinical team in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in pain management
, including evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care, functional improvement, and long-term wellness.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and allied health professionals.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, pain management strategies, and preventive care.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and ethical standards.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible medical license in the state of Virginia.
• Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty preferred.
• Pain management experience or fellowship training strongly preferred
  , but not required.
• Experience with musculoskeletal, spine, or interventional pain treatments is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.

• Background in Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or related specialty.
• Experience treating chronic pain, spine-related conditions, or musculoskeletal disorders.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary or interventional pain approaches.
