General Information

The College of Business Advising and Support Center seeks a student assistant to assist with various projects involving technology – print, web-related, visual design, etc. Student must be creative, dependable, and professional, as well as possess the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create/design printed and digital documents, presentations, graphics, and social media content for various events and projects.
  • Assist with front desk coverage, including but not limited to greeting guests, checking in students for appointments, and directing traffic.
  • Keep Canva designs organized. Maintain content calendar.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills;
Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Ability to work with others;
Availability to work 10 hours a week. Marketing majors preferred.

Conditions of Employment

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
