The student body includes approximately 20,000 undergraduate and 1,900 graduate students, with over 1,000 full-time instructional faculty.
- Assist the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with the processing of prospect and application data
- You will be working in the People Soft Student Administration system, Salesforce prospect database, and OnBase document imaging system.
- Must be willing to commit to 12 or more hours per week (maximum of 20 per week)
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, between 8 am - 4 pm
The office of Undergraduate Admissions processed over 40k applications for fall 2026.
Duties And Responsibilities- Entering prospect data into the Salesforce database from travel cards.
- Indexing application materials in Hyland On Base
- Entering application data into People Soft Student Administration
- Other office duties as assigned
- Attention to detail
- Working independently
- Ability to sit at work station for extended periods of time
Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
