General Information

Assist in Adam’s Law Compliance for SLI Organizations, including but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating, sending out individual, and mass email communications.
  • Become a subject matter expert with Adam’s Law compliance efforts.
  • Assist individuals, via email and phone, with their compliance with Adam’s Law.
  • Daily/weekly maintenance of Adam’s Law training materials and records.
  • Lead organizational compliance efforts under the supervision of the Associate Director of SLI.
  • Create promotional efforts for education and compliance with Adam’s Law.
  • Assist with maintaining communication platforms (emails, website)
  • Maintain high levels of trust with access to University systems and communication.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Additional Posting Information

Specifics of this Position:

  • Willing to work in person and directly supervised by the Associate Director of Student Leadership and Involvement.
  • Work 10-20 hours per week and be flexible to changing work demands (busier seasons: November/April).
  • Begin work on March 23, 2026, or sooner.
  • Continue work into the 26-27 academic year.
  • Compensation is set at $13.50-$17/hour, depending on qualifications.
Conditions of Employment
  • Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
