Position

Adjunct Faculty – College Writing.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in English or a related field.

Responsibilities

The instructor will teach one or more three-credit courses in person. Instructors are needed for College Writing I and II courses, taken by most first‑year students at the university.

Position Details

Faculty are contracted per course. Salary determined by education.

Appointment Date

Courses begin September 1, 2026 on the EMU Harrisonburg campus. EMU reserves the right to fill the position at any time or keep it open.
